These Terms of Service govern your use of CDLPrepUSA.com and the CDLPrepUSA study platform. CDLPrepUSA is owned and operated by OTEMAP LLC.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using CDLPrepUSA, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Service
CDLPrepUSA provides educational practice questions, explanations, progress-tracking tools, and related study materials intended to help users prepare for commercial driver's license written examinations.
You may use the service only for lawful, personal educational purposes.
Accounts
Certain features require a CDLPrepUSA account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person or use another person's account without authorization.
Payments
Paid access is processed through Stripe.
Prices and available packages are displayed before checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout.
Access to paid content is associated with the CDLPrepUSA account used to make the purchase.
Access to Purchased Content
Purchasing an exam or package grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the applicable CDLPrepUSA study content.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of questions, explanations, software, or other CDLPrepUSA content.

CDLPrepUSA is not a government agency, Department of Motor Vehicles, licensing authority, or official CDL testing organization, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any state DMV or other licensing authority unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users should consult the current official CDL manual and requirements for their state or jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Passing
CDLPrepUSA is designed to help users study and prepare, but we do not guarantee that use of the service will result in passing any CDL examination or obtaining a commercial driver's license.
Actual exam questions, rules, requirements, and passing standards may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.
Accuracy of Content
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate study material. However, laws, regulations, testing standards, and official CDL guidance may change.
CDLPrepUSA does not warrant that every question, explanation, or piece of information will always be current, complete, or error-free.
Acceptable Use
You may not:

Circumvent payment or access controls
Scrape, download, copy, or systematically extract study content
Share or resell account access
Interfere with the security or operation of the service
Use CDLPrepUSA content to create or operate a competing commercial question bank or study service
Intellectual Property
CDLPrepUSA, its software, design, branding, study materials, questions, explanations, and other original content are owned by OTEMAP LLC or used with appropriate authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of CDLPrepUSA intellectual property.
Availability of Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, improvements, legal compliance, or business operations.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, circumvents payment controls, compromises security, or infringes our intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OTEMAP LLC and CDLPrepUSA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

CDLPrepUSA provides digital access to CDL practice exams and study materials. Because access to digital content may be provided immediately after purchase, refunds are handled according to the policy below.
Digital Product Purchases
Purchases provide digital access to the exam, exams, or package selected during checkout.
There are currently no recurring subscriptions associated with standard CDLPrepUSA exam purchases unless a product is specifically identified as a subscription before checkout.
Refund Eligibility
Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been successfully provided, except where required by law or in situations described below.
We may approve refunds at our discretion for circumstances including:
Duplicate charges
Accidental duplicate purchases
A payment being successfully charged but purchased access not being provided
A significant technical problem that prevents use of purchased content and cannot reasonably be resolved
Other circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or accidentally purchase substantially overlapping access, contact us and we will review the transaction.
Verified duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Technical Access Issues
If payment succeeds but you cannot access purchased content, please contact us before requesting a chargeback.
We will first attempt to restore the access associated with your account. If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, a refund may be offered.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, excessive use of purchased content before requesting a refund, account sharing, violation of the Terms of Service, or attempts to obtain paid material without payment.
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
Cancellations
One-time digital purchases do not require cancellation because they are not recurring charges.
If CDLPrepUSA introduces subscription products in the future, any applicable cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
